Whole World Journeys has a total approach to responsible tourism, inclusive of all aspects from the way we plan and operate trips to our daily business practices. Our trips are designed to allow an economic benefit to the local communities; our services are provided by local vendors, we buy local produce and eat local food in order to ensure that as money as possible is retained within the local economy and by the host community.
We are continually reassessing our tour programs in order to ensure that they are socially, economically and environmentally sound.
Environment
A topic that has been in the news much lately has been that of travel's impact- especially air travel- on climate change and global warming. At WWJ we take this issue seriously with the goal to monitor and lessen our impact and that of our travelers. To live with intention, and to assist our travelers in doing the same while on the road, is our ultimate goal.
